What's Hot Now: The Wedding Workout You Wear

So, I know these look just like any other control-top, tummy-tucking suit (and they'll do that), but the ShāToBu Shaper is actually more of an excuse to skip the gym. If you hate running "laps" on a treadmill (like me) then you'll either have to diet (ugh) or find some other way to burn calories. Well, here it is: The built-in resistance bands---yep, the very same ones you'd find in the gym---make your legs and butt work just a bit harder when you're walking home from work or heading to a party.
